Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah works as an Indian performer, actress and musician. The majority of her work comes involved in Tamil or Malayalam-language movies. Her debut as an actress was the Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam as well as her Malayalam debut with Annayum is in the film. Andrea Jeremiah has been raised in a Tamil Nadu Anglo-Indian home. Andrea's dad was a Madras High Court lawyer. Her sister, who is younger, is an assistant researcher from Belgium who works in Leuven. Jeremiah was born in Chennai and attended National Public School and graduated from Women's Christian College. Andrea learned to play the piano classically in her 8th year. She was part of the Jackson Five style troupe Young Stars when she was 10. It was this group that shaped the foundation for her music and singing career. She was an actor at the college, in a variety of productions hosted through The Madras Players or EVAM. Andrea was the president of the Women's Christian College's Student Senate.
